What is normal:
- After lash application, some individuals with sensitivities might expirience redness or dry eyes - this is mostly normal and should go away after an hour or so. Of course if you are concerned - please reach out to your technician.
- Lash shedding - natural lashes shed up to 5 daily, you may notice it more as lash extensions are attached to your natural lashes and are bigger and darker than your natural lashes - this does not mean your lashes are all falling out.
- Lashes have growth cycles like the rest of our hair, sometimes you might notice more lash shedding which would mean that your natural lashes are in a growth cycle
- Lash extensions are customized to each persons lashes and eye shape, keep this in mind that even if you request a specific look or your friend has the same type of set, yours may look a little different.
- If you expirience intense itching or redness up to a few days after application this could mean an allergic reaction. Luckily these are extremely rare and can be treated. Please contact us if you are worried.
- Excessive shedding - if this is happening please contact us so we can troubleshoot why this may be happening to your lashes
- If you find your eyes feeling gritty or sandy, this usually means your lashes need to be cleaned more frequently/properly
