We require 24 hours notice for the cancellation of your scheduled services. Clients cancelling with less than 24 hours of their scheduled appointment will be required to pay 50% of the services reserved in order to continue to book other services with our business. In the event of a no-call/no-show 100% of the reserved service will be will be charge. These fees will be taken from the card on file which is required for booking a service with us. As a courtesy we will continue to send out email and text reminders so hopefully this can all be avoided.
